A US Patent was approved in 1990 which describes a method for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. While I have no scientific education, I certainly am not qualified to discuss global warming - but I can read and I look for discussions on the issue. Sometimes, it would seem that our country has become like these two cities from Biblical times.   The United States Republic was born of a traditional heritage, we value Christianity and honor the values of other faiths. But when some of those "other beliefs" challenge and discredit our values, something is seriously awry. Especially when our legislators and courts support them. This has become increasingly evident today:  "Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way that you can quickly understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic. I'm sure there are those who have no idea what the comparison of Obama to Richard Nixon is all about with regards to impeachment. This picture represents what eventually led to Nixon's demise - lock picks, wire taps and a recorder placed i n the democrat campaign headquarters at Watergate. Not so much for these items, but the ensuing coverup. Funny thing is that nobody died. Comparing Obama to Nixon as far as impeachment is concerned, is a farce! When will people realize this!
