Frankenstorm - you know the story
STRATOSPHERIC SULFATE AEROSOLS GEO-ENGINEERING (SAG-SRM)
Those are certainly some fancy words, and well beyond my vocabulary. I am neither a scientist nor a meteorologist, but I am curious. When tropical storm Sandy was coming across the Atlantic Ocean and approaching Cuba and then turning northward to the Bahamas, it was thought to weaken. But that didn't happen.
There are usually some good posts on Facebook especially with weather phenomena, and I happened across one that linked to a YouTube video (link) showing "Sandy" from space. WOW. Pretty cool. And I moved on. But then I recalled some discussion playing along with the video, like "Infrasonic Undulation, Chemtrails enmass and ChemDUMPING!" What? I had reposted some of these links to Facebook, but removed them the next morning. Thought this sounded like a conspiracy theory. But when watching the aftermath of the destruction on Tuesday morning, I created this post as a record of what happened and how it might play out.
Here are the players:
The ability of stratospheric sulfate aerosols to create a global dimming effect has made them a possible candidate for use in geoengineering projects [1] to limit the effect and impact of climate change due to rising levels of greenhouse gases .[2] Delivery of precursor sulfide gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) or sulfur dioxide (SO2) by artillery, aircraft [3] and balloons has been proposed. Then there is HAARP, The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
H.A.M.P. (HURRICANE AEROSOL AND MICROPHISICS PROGRAM). A Department of Homeland Security program used to modify hurricane strength. This is another video showing Sandy at the start, the DHS implications and a pending lawsuit.
So, here is the discussion. You won't believe your eyes when you see this YouTube video and what this video reveals!!! I do not know this person, but I do see who and what she is discussing seems to be affirmative in the links above.

The program included discussion of how aerosol were effective at decreasing and increasing the intensity of Hurricane Katrina under DHS Operation H.A.M.P. Definately HTA - HAARP Type Array infrasonic undulation. But it's not just the array we know as HAARP in Alaska. It is a miraid of TTA network arrays working in concert. Arrays can be ground based, Satellite emitters, Field antenna signal boosters, flight based, ship based, mobile or even hand held. (Depending on the civilian or military use.) There are even TTA signal echo buoys thoughout our oceans. Ionospher fortified w-chemtrail as a reflective frequency mirror.
You have to ask yourself who is at the helm? And why are they doing it? What could be gained by manipulating a storm that so far has killed over 40 people, on a journey of devastation expected to eclipse any in this century on the east coast so far???!!!
National news networks are warning that the election could be directly affected, delayed or hampered because of the devastation and loss of services such as electricity, travel etc...
The reality of weather modification is no conspiracy theory.
But ask yourself this, "If we can modify weather then why don't we still do it for the good. For instance, seeding clouds to make it rain, so our breadbasket doesn't become a dust bowl, or so fires that burned for so long could be quenched? And why don't we steer hurricanes away from murderous rampages, instead of directing them into it?" There is no more question we have the technology. And no excuse not to use it for good.
Since before the 50′s, weather modification techniques have existed. In fact, the threat of "weather weapons" was so imminent that the United Nations felt it necessary to draft a treaty ensuring no nation would use this "new means of warfare" against one another. Why would the U.N. draft a treaty if weather modification was just a conspiracy theory?
Treaty defined "weather weapons" as follows: "[...] the term "environmental modification techniques" refers to any technique for changing -- through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes--the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere andatmosphere, or of outer space."
